Section 22
Must obtain a license
: (1) Non-governmental or private health organizations must provide health services only after obtaining a license as prescribed.
(2) Health institutions operating without obtaining a license at the time of commencement of this Act shall obtain a license as per sub-section (1) within the time specified by the Ministry.
(3) In the case of traditional treatment services, the service should be provided after taking approval according to the standards set by the local level.
